Things that made me happy today...

1. The Spice Girls reunion tour, and I'm not sure why. I wasn't a big fan when they first arrived on the scene, but something about seeing all these hot mamas get back on stage, as Posh says -- "...for our children to see what we used to do" -- is just the shit. Leave it to girl power to bring on the fun this summer.

2. CW Nevius' column, "Confessions of a Giants 'ball dude' for a Day." CW, how many more times can I say that I heart you?

3. A Love Thursday post by Mimi/Pz5youknowwhoyouare. Slyly snapping photos of cute college boys with their six-pack abs for the me and the gals? This is what friendship is all about.

4. Hitting my local scrapbooking store to by all the materials to make this Ali Edwards album. And knowing that tomorrow I'm buying this bad boy for some embossing action. Something about the chaos of the past month has sparked my creative crafty juices. I think it's what helps me center myself. I can focus. No Internet. No distractions. Just me. The night. And crafty goodness.

5. The sweet notes of advice and support from my fellow bloggy mamas about five being miserable. You'll be happy to know that I didn't have to raise my voice once today (yelling "No Bark!" doesn't count).
