I wouldn't truly be a Rick Springfield fan without mentioning he turns 59 today? 5-9. You all should go out and buy his new album, Venus in Overdrive, immediately. Happy birthday, Rooster.
As for me, I will celebrate by reliving a little moment again. Mostly just to bust the chops of Joy Unexpected (smooches!) but also because the expressions for Rick and me are amusing. It looks like we're having a slightly naughty conversation (and that lip-biting look, yowzah). But of course it was all in fun. I watched this video snippet the other day with the expected sigh but couldn't help giggling like a silly schoolgirl when I broke it down frame by frame. The best part is that my sister was on the other side of the camera in a tailspin.
