I'm slightly obsessed with sewing of late. I think it's because I have this Brother SE-350 in my hands and it have been reading some beautiful and amazingly crafty blogs. When My pal Mrs. Geek made me a coffee cozy, I felt inspired to try my hand at it. Combining two pattens (I'm still searching for the other one), I came up with the above.
I bought the fabric in Kauai from Kapaia Stichery in Lihue. I have eight other squares in various colors and all of fabric was made on the island.

Super easy to make with the new machine. I'm hooked and can't wait to try some embroidery with it.
